Most of the framework, drywall, countertops, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, plumbing, electrical components, and flooring are installed at the factory.  This greatly reduces costs that are associated with building on-site. Move in time generally takes 2-6 weeks after your home is placed on it's foundation.
